Kickboxing is a great class to help teach all Ages & Genders Self-Defence moves. This class is the key foundation to enter in Kickboxing competitions and Gradings. It is also great for building lean muscles & losing weight.

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy class that is guaranteed to burn calories and lose weight. Improve your self-defence skills while losing weight.

MMA & BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Mixed Martial Arts is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts. Fit Pit offers a variety of MMA training and classes for men and women.

CROSSGRID CIRCUIT TRAINING

CrossGrid Circuit Training @ FITPIT

This is a new fitness class only at Fit Pit! It is for all ages: high school and above. CrossGrid is a combination from following fitness drills MMA / Kickboxing / Functional and CrossFit training in a circuit format.

KIDS KICKBOXING

Kids Kickboxing is a kind of mixed martial arts, in which punches and kicks are allowed. Kickboxing is a good sport for kids and provides the child with perseverance, dedication, courage, ability to think tactically, the strength of will and self-control.

YOUNG BLOOD BULLY PROOFING

Parents, did you know 1 in 4 kids get bullied?  This leads to kids missing school, being afraid, losing confidence, decreasing self-esteem and worse. Our class will help your children increase their confidence, self-esteem & discipline.

KIDS KICKBOXING MUSICAL FORMS

A Musical Form is a Staged or Imaginary Fight in which the performers use Kickboxing Techniques to a selected Music Routine. This class is a great way to teach your children the Gymnastics Section of the Musical Forms using Kickboxing Techniques.

KIDS DANCE

Kids Dance classes are a great class for your kids to join and have fun! Modern & Hip-Hop dance class can improve a child’s co-ordination, rhythm, flexibility, stamina, self-confidence, social skills and helps to develop Fine and Gross Motor skills.

Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates many forms of dance like Hip-Hop, Modern, Zumba, Ballet and many more. It’s an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks & troughs of intensity with load pumping music!

Pilates is for everyone. You exercise with your own body weight or with the help of various pieces of equipment. A typical Pilates workout incl. exercises & stretches,

performed with attention to breathing techniques & abdominal muscle control.

Using workouts that shift the focus in fitness to a much more practical full body workout, functional training works by exercising your muscles in a similar way to how your body would be used in everyday life.
